Landlord and tenant - landlord

Where acting for the landlord we will:

  • Draft the lease and negotiate with the tenant's solicitors on the terms of the lease and any other documentation such as the rent deposit deed or license to carry out works to ensure they reflect the terms you have agreed.
  • Reply to formal enquiries from the tenant's solicitor.
  • Ensure that all necessary consents are obtained prior to the lease being entered into, such as the lender's consent or superior landlord's consent.
  • Complete all post completion formalities.
