Construction

Construction is one part of the development process.
With our commercial and residential property and corporate, banking and finance teams, we focus on a joined-together approach covering everything from funding, site acquisition, development agreements, advice on procurement and appointment of professionals, contractors and sub-contractors, through to completion, occupation, sale and/or letting of the scheme.
We want to understand your goals, your experience of the development and construction process; your approach to risk and the support you need from us and other professionals in the construction sector. We aim to do our bit to help your project complete on time and on budget with minimal surprises.
We act for developers, funders, landowners, residential block management companies, professionals, contractors and sub-contractors.
