With our extensive expertise with various alternative dispute resolution techniques we try and ensure that going to court is the last resort.

Our litigation experts will undertake an initial telephone conversation where possible.

We offer an initial fixed fee meeting which includes a preliminary consideration of documents of up to 30 minutes, a meeting of up to 1 hour, and follow up letter of advice for a fixed fee of £295+ VAT.

Thereafter we would ordinarily charge on an hourly rate basis which we will advise you of at the initial meeting.
