Construction seminar and webinar "Defects in Apartment Blocks - potential routes to recovery"

Our construction talk is called “Defects in Apartment Blocks - potential routes to recovery” and is aimed at residential managing agents, directors of block-owning and management companies and all those with an interest in getting defects in blocks of flats put right.

Our speakers, Andrew Harbourne, David Gibson and Mustafa Sidki, will discuss ways that it might be possible to get reimbursement of the costs of repair or remediation from landlords, developers, contractors, professionals and others, such as product manufactures.

They will also briefly discuss the protections now offered to tenants of “qualifying leases” of “relevant buildings”, common issues with BSA related documentation when properties are sold, and funding that might be available from the Building Safety Fund and the Cladding Safety Scheme.
