TW solicitor Anne Francis has been accepted onto the Law Society’s Children panel

We are delighted to announce that TW solicitor Anne Francis has been accepted onto the Law Society’s Children panel. The Children Law Accreditation Scheme covers all types of children law work. It requires a high level of knowledge, skills, experience and practice in the area of children law, be that in private practice or working for a local authority. There are only a few solicitors in the Borough of Bromley that hold this accreditation.

This is not an easy panel to join. The process is rigorous and involves an assessment paper, case studies, a training course and an interview with two senior childcare lawyers. Acceptance onto the panel means Anne will now be able to represent vulnerable and at risk children via their guardians.
