HR Consultant

Archana is CIPD qualified with over 17 years of experience of working in HR.

An alumni of London School of Economics and Political Science, Archana holds a double Masters (Psychology and Human Resource Management) and a PhD in Psychology. She wrote her PhD thesis on ‘Burnout and Stress at workplace’. She started her career as a Management Consultant focussing primarily on working with senior management, conducting workshops aimed at shattering roadblocks to their growth mindset. Since then, she has worked in various roles in HR across a variety of organisations including multinationals, gaining in-depth understanding and expertise in areas such as streamlining HR processes and practices, creating HR policies, salary benchmarking, global mobility, recruitment, HR metrics, training design and delivery, apprenticeships, managing ER cases and performance management. As a member of the business support function her approach is to build credible relations with internal and external stakeholders.

In her spare time, Archana likes going to the theatre, reading, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
