Bromley office

Charlene works as a Senior Chartered Legal Executive in our Wills, Tax and Administration team.

With over ten years post qualification experience, Charlene advises clients on a wide range of areas including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration for both probate and intestacy matters.

Since qualifying as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, she has worked for top tier Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners recognised firms mainly in the City and West End.

Prior to qualifying in 2013, Charlene worked in both criminal and family law firms. By acquiring a total of 19 years experience in law, this allows her to understand the general needs and issues of her clients.

Charlene’s clients range from private individuals and families, trustees, executors and administrators. Although her expertise is broad, her specialist area is estate administration; having worked at a top 50 city firm, where she dealt with the administration of estates and the dissolution of companies passing to the Duchy of Lancaster and Duchy of Cornwall.

She is experienced in advising high-net worth UK domicile clients on large and complex probates and the taxation issues that may arise.

She prides herself in doing her utmost to explain legal issues in a clear, concise language so as to simplify the situation for the client. She recognises the importance of making her client’s feel comfortable so that there can be a constructive and efficient working relationship at a time that can be extremely difficult.

Outside of work, Charlene loves to bake and spend time with her family. She also enjoys reading, travelling and attending the theatre.
