Claire qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and joined Thackray Williams in 2016. She is a private client lawyer who has extensive experience of advising in relation to Wills, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications and administration of estates, including those with an international element.
Her work has a particular focus on issues affecting older and vulnerable people including Deputyships, Continuing Healthcare funding and advising on Statutory Will applications.
Claire invests considerable time and energy in getting to know each client and their families so that she can provide a bespoke service tailored to their needs. Families of vulnerable clients can rest assured that she will provide a calming and reassuring voice in times of stress and will listen carefully to ensure that the wishes of that vulnerable person are heard and understood in order to create positive outcomes in the best interests of her clients.
Her technical knowledge and experience mean that she is familiar with the varying concerns of people affected by these situations and will be able to provide a range of options in a clear and straightforward manner.
