Jimmy Griffin

Prior to joining TW, he gained valuable experience working in London at a West End law firm and within a boutique property law firm based in the City.

Jimmy advises on leasehold matters, including lease extensions, lease advice, freehold sales and purchases, right to manage claims, leasehold site projects, management advice and licences.

In his spare time, Jimmy belongs to several running clubs and has participated in two half marathons and aquathlon, raising money for charity. As well as running, he enjoys watching rugby, swimming and going to the gym. Jimmy is a fluent Welsh speaker.
