Nitya Balaji

She started her own HR services consultancy in 2018, after having previously worked with SMEs , startups, large multinational corporations and non-profit organisations. She brings demonstrated expertise in working with CEOs and Business Leaders of startups and SMEs and shaping HR strategies and overseeing HR Operations. Adopting a principle where HR is integral to business strategy, she has helped several of her clients achieve transformational growth. Nitya holds a Master’s Degree in International Employment Relations and Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is also registered on the British Psychological Society’s Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU) for Occupational Training, Ability and Personality.

When not at work, Nitya loves to cook with her family, playing table tennis doubles with her two boys and husband most evenings and going for early morning runs on weekends
