Stephanie joined Thackray Williams in January 2015 and has over 10 years’ experience in residential conveyancing. Having successfully completed the CILEX Legal Executive Qualification, Stephanie deals with sales and purchases of both leasehold and freehold properties, remortgages, transfer of equities, shared ownership, right to buy and redemption of equity loans.

Property transactions can be complex and often stressful for the individuals involved and Stephanie prides herself on her down to earth approach, always striving to communicate with her clients in a clear and understandable way. Her clients often comment on her friendly and professional manner. Not only this, Stephanie’s extensive knowledge of the local area and excellent relationships with local estate agents also assist in ensuring property transactions go through as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Stephanie is proud to be a member of such a highly regarded residential conveyancing team here and continues to develop and widen her conveyancing expertise.

Outside of conveyancing, Stephanie loves to travel and is learning Spanish. Having recently climbed Ben Nevis, Stephanie enjoys regular exercise, particularly swimming, and also spends a lot of her spare time with friends and family.
